SaaS and B2B tech
SaaS SEO consultant for B2B software companies
Most of my clients sell software or technical services to other businesses: sports event platforms, invoicing software, smart city software, engineering simulation and cybercompliance. I know the product, the buyer, and how long it takes them to decide.

Why SaaS SEO is different
Buyers research before they talk to sales
They read comparisons, documentation and articles for weeks. Your site has to answer at every stage.
The searches are specific and low in volume
Twenty searches a month from the right person are worth more than two thousand from the curious.
The product changes fast
Feature, pricing and integration pages need upkeep, or they go out of date on Google and in AI answers.
The competition is international
You often compete with bigger companies, in other countries and other languages.
What I do
- Feature and use-case pages. One page per problem your product solves, written for the people searching for that problem.
- Comparison and alternatives pages. “[Product] vs [competitor]” and “[competitor] alternatives”, with factual, verifiable information.
- Bottom-of-funnel content. Articles and guides that answer the questions buyers ask before a demo: pricing, implementation, integrations, security.
- Content at scale. More than 150 articles published for an invoicing software company, with editorial calendar, briefs and optimisation. See content writing.
- International SEO. Multilingual structure, hreflang and content adapted to each market.
- AI search visibility. Structured, factual information so ChatGPT and Perplexity mention your product when people ask for recommendations.

FAQ
Do you work with SaaS companies outside Portugal?
Yes. I work in English, Portuguese and Spanish, with companies selling into several markets, including Ireland.
Do you write the content or just set the strategy?
Both. I can write the articles and pages, or prepare briefs for your team.
How long until organic search brings in demo requests?
It depends on where you start. On sites with some authority, feature and comparison pages are usually the first to generate leads.
Are you an agency?
No. I’m an independent consultant, so you work directly with me from audit to report.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is on request. It depends on the size of the site and how much hands-on work is included. I send a proposal after our first call.
Let’s talk?
The first call is free and there’s no commitment. Before it, I look at your site; on the call I show you the three priorities.
